Le Bourg is a lovely riverside barn conversion with separate 'petite maison'. The house is in the rural village of Barrou, in the department of Indre
et Loire, France and as the name suggests 'Le Bourg' is located in the centre
of the village.
Its situation means you have the benefits of experiencing a small French
village but you are also ideally placed to visit all the major attractions
of the Loire valley plus some of the highlights of the neighbouring
department of 'Vienne'
Les Tilleuls is a substantial 4 bed-roomed house set in lovely gardens.The house is in the village of Barrou, in the department of Indre
et Loire, France. It is a great house for family gatherings or for friends to meet up in a place that is large enough to accommodate them but also allows them some private space. It is ideally placed for all the village amenities plus exploring the local countryside plus all the major attractions
of the Loire valley as well as some of the highlights of the neighbouring
department of 'Vienne'
La Charlerie is a unique little 'pied-á-terre' within the village square in Barrou. The house offers accommodation for two people, with the use of a salon and double bedroom and its own private entrance. It is ideal for short breaks. Although 'chambre d'hóte' service is not offered the property has basic facilities to allow you to 'self-cater' at breakfast plus the village restaurant is a short walk across the square. The house also has its own private little walled garden which is located behind the village church for your use.
La Folie is a beautiful 'Coeur de ferme' dating back to about 1700,situated in tranquil Touraine countryside in the Loire Valley. It is twenty minutes drive from the historic town of Loches. It is within easy reach of many of the Loire Chateaux and is a perfect, peaceful hideaway - your ideal spot for a relaxing holiday in France. There are two cottages, Hirondelles, the original farm house with five bedrooms and Tourterelles, part of the original stables, with 3 bedrooms. The two cottages share the use of an 11 metre heated pool, trampoline, outdoor table tennis table, and swing set and each has a patio and barbecue.
