south of Chatellerault take the
D82 off to your left) the park has many ways to keep both adults and children
amused either on land or on water. Choose to involve yourself in the
many beach game activities, play tennis (half court), hire
a mountain bike, idle the time away fishing or simply soaking up the
sun.


There is a supervised beach club during July
and August for 6/12 year olds. Younger children can find
distractions within the adventure playground or snack bar on
site.

can venture onto or into the water by hiring a canoe, kayak
and pedal boat or for the more adventurous you can windsurf
or take out a sailing dinghy and show of you sailing skills

military school, the Golf of Haute
Poitou offers two courses of exception, drawn by
Harold J Baker, in
sumptuous surroundings. There is a 9 holes course
which is ideal for beginners. The 18 holes course has an
undulating landscape with a lake,
water hazards and wooded hills to challenge
you.

minutes away from the park, it is worth taking the time to
view the chateau in the nearby
village
of
Dissay.
It was built by Pierre d' Amboise,
bishop of

in the 15th century as his residence.
